UK shipping is made using Royal Mail’s 1st Class Signed For service. Pricing is calculated based on the parcel weight and includes a small amount towards packaging.

We reserve the right to send the items using another service if we feel it is necessary in order to deliver your order safely and promptly.

Shipping charges are shown in the shopping cart ahead of making your final transaction.


We aim to ship every order within two working days from the time the order is received. This excludes weekends. Your order may be shipped on the same day wherever possible.


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. A notification of items that do not meet your expectation and that you wish to return must be received within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be received back within 14 days of receipt according to the date of signature.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns of products that have been opened due to the nature of the products supplied being for personal use. Only in special circumstances can these be returned for a partial refund as per item iii below.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to us without prior contact.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

i Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

ii Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery where we have approved of a return which is at our discretion.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we advise you to return using a trackable service. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
